Q: Can I get a refund if I decide to cancel my trip last minute?

A: Once you purchase your trip, you have 48 hours after your purchase to be elgible for a full refund. If by any chance you are in need to cancel after the 48 hour period, you must contact our office and define your reason for you cancellation.

Q: I purchased my trip but I did not get a confirmation email.

A: Please allow 24-48 hours for a confirmation email to be sent to you which will entail trip details.

Q: Can I transfer my ticket to another person's name?

A: There will be a $200 fee for transferring a trip to another person's name.
